Whales, Tales & Sails offers two more sessions At National Park

Whales, Tales and Sails, a free weekly story hour on Friday mornings, offers its last two sessions for this season on June 17 and June 24. The program, hosted by New Bedford Whaling National Historical Park, includes songs, crafts and stories, with sessions beginning at 10:00 AM. The events feature professional storyteller Jackson Gillman. The theme for June 17 is Father’s Day, and the June 24 theme is All Request. Whales, Tales and Sails is geared for children ages 0-5. The park visitor center is located at 33 William Street in downtown New Bedford.
