Lessons will be taught on Wednesdays from 9 – 10 am, beginning on October 8th.

Junior Achievement is looking for community volunteers to participate in a new, innovative Career Exploration and Workforce Readiness initiative at Keith Middle School. Volunteers will teach the JA It’s My Future program to 8th graders this Fall, which is a six-week course designed to help students explore their interests and learn about career opportunities. No experience is necessary! JA will provide training, support and all materials needed. Lessons will be taught on Wednesdays from 9 – 10 am, beginning on October 8th.

This is part of a 3-tiered approach to career activities for 8th and 9th graders as a strategy to help students understand the career opportunities that exist locally, and what they need to do to find success in the workforce. Contact Corrie Martin at 508-997-6536, ext. 12 to learn more about this exciting new partnership.
