“Last night at 11:38pm, 911 calls were received for a reported shed on fire in close proximity to the rear of the building located at 6 Harmony Street.
Engine 6 & Ladder 3 extinguished a fully involved shed adjacent to a two-family home, preventing fire extension into the building. The vinyl-sided exterior sustained minor radiant heat damage.
The fire cause was investigated by the NBFD Fire Investigation Unit and determined to be accidental.
There were no reported injuries.”-New Bedford Fire Department.
