The Emergency Shelter at on 634 Purchase Street in downtown New Bedford is in need of donations to get them through the next 48 hours.
The shelter need milk, coffee, sandwich meat and cheese, snacks, pudding, fruit cups, soups and/or casseroles. They also need socks, gloves, hats and scarves. Do NOT travel if it is not safe for you. Call Pete Wilde 978-866-9499.
