The overflow shelter at Sister Rose House on 71 Division Street in New Bedford will be activated again tonight due to the expected weather conditions. Guests can arrive at 6 p.m. and it is a first come first serve basis. The shelter is able to accept an additional 25 individuals. The temperatures are expected to be in the mid-20s with a chance of snow.
