“Yesterday morning, Officers aboard Massachusetts Environmental Police’s offshore patrol boat conducted a medical evacuation approximately 20 miles outside of Boston Harbor for a fisherman who was experiencing cardiac issues.” -Massachusetts Environmental Police.
