New Bedford Police Department’s members of the Organized Crime and Intelligence Bureau executed a search warrant on Center Street in Dartmouth Mass. Target of that investigation was Jason E. Costa. NB Detectives with the assistance of Dartmouth Detectives executed the search warrant shortly after 10:00 pm. (Monday Sept 26th). Found in the apartment was approximately 45 grams of Fentanyl, 159 Methadone pills, 7 Oxycodone pills, digital scales, baggies, and $3,333.00 in U.S. currency.
Arrested was: Jason E. Costa 6/22/76 of Center Street Dartmouth MA.
He was charged with:
1. Trafficking in Fentanyl
2. Possession with intent to distribute class B (oxycodone)
3. Possession with intent to distribute class B (methadone)
