Cutting of the greens for the New Bedford Portuguese Feast

The Feast of the Blessed Sacrament is about tradition. We had a chance to spend early Sunday morning on Gooseberry Island as volunteers cut bayberry greens to decorate the arches that lead into the Feast grounds.
