State Police Arrest Leominster Man for Heroin Distribution 2nd Offense

At 6:35 p.m. last evening, Trooper Joseph Hall assigned to the State Police Barracks in Leominster was on patrol when he observed a green Audi A4 commit motor vehicle violations. Trooper Hall activated his emergency lights and subsequently stopped the vehicle on West Street in the city of Leominster.

As a result of an investigation by Trooper Hall and with the assistance from Troopers Burd and Aziz, DOMENIC DELLECHIAIE, 30, of Leominster, was placed under arrest for possession and distribution of heroin. A search of the passenger compartment of the vehicle was conducted and various prescription pills and narcotics paraphernalia was located.

DELLECHIAIE was transported and booked at the Leominster Barracks where he was held on bail pending his arraignment Monday in Leominster District Court. DELLECHIAIE was charged with Distribution of Class A Subsequent Offense, Possession of Class E and Failure to Wear Seatbelt.
