FREE: Mindfulness Walk: Hagemann Woods (Marion) (11:00am-12:00pm)
Enjoy the peace and beauty of nature with Jessica Webb, owner of Anchor Yoga, and the Buzzards Bay Coalition during this mindfulness walk at Hagemann Woods. Through guided mindfulness meditation, you will experience nature with your senses wide open. This walk will be conducted at a deliberately slow and mindful pace in social silence without digital devices. All fitness levels are welcome. The Portuguese Kids! (6:00pm)
A night of laughs as we help raise funds for the Guardian Relief Fund.
Cash bar available and raffle tickets will be available for purchase. Tickets are only $45 and include dinner and show. All proceeds will sponsor scholarships that will be awarded to a student at Case High school and a student at Seekonk High school. Ticket price includes dinner and show.
