Wareham Fire Department announces passing of former Call Lt. Edmond P. “Ed” Florindo Jr.

“The Wareham Fire Department regrets to announce the passing of former Call Lieutenant Edmond P. “Ed” Florindo Jr, on April 12th, 2023 at his home after a long illness.

Mr. Florindo served the citizens of Wareham with both the Town of Wareham Out of District Forest Fire Department and later the Wareham Fire District Fire Department for many years, assigned to Station 3, as Truck Officer on Forest Fire 3.

His arrangements are as follows: a graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Hillside Cemetery on Hillside Road in Rochester at 11 AM. Visiting hours have been omitted.”-Wareham Fire Department.
