Temporary New Bedford Emergency Shelter Needs Volunteers, Donations

Mercy Meals and More received ” the call” and the temporary emergency shelter will be open tonight, Wednesday, January 29th at 9 p.m. so people can come out of the cold.

They are in need of donations of food donations and volunteers. Bring donations after 9 p.m. to 634 Purchase Street or call Russ. The volunteer shifts needed are 9 to 2 a.m. and from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. Any one interested in helping out or bringing some food i.e. snacks such as fruit, yogurt and fruit cups and luncheon meats for sandwiches please give Rev.
