Seastreak Ferry now offering “Year-Round Service” from New Bedford to Marthas Vineyard
The Seastreak Ferry has began a brand new year-round ferry service that connects New Bedford to Marthas Vineyard. Its opening date started October 12th and there will be a formal ribbon cutting ceremony held on November 1st at the Vineyard Haven Terminal.
“Seastreak is excited to announce new fall and winter services to Vineyard Haven on Martha’s Vineyard beginning October 12th, 2023. With two daily departures from New Bedford, and two daily departures from Martha’s Vineyard, Seastreak customers will no longer need to face seasonal travel restrictions and New Bedford based commuters can explore new employment opportunities on the island!
You can also now travel to Martha’s Vineyard AND Nantucket for the holidays! Visit family on the islands or head over for some holiday shopping. Seastreak will operate for all major holidays and special island events like the Nantucket Christmas Stroll!
Parking will be FREE for the month of October and then deeply discounted starting in November.”
