Bristol County Sheriff’s Office hold Senior ID program session at Acushnet COA

“Tina Marie LePage and Lt. Queila Raposo of the BCSO Public Programs team were at the Acushnet Council on Aging and Senior Community Center on Thursday for another session of our popular Senior ID program.

The Sheriff’s Office makes free identification cards on lanyards for senior citizens that has a picture and emergency contact on them. It’s a quick way to ID yourself and has contact information just in case of an emergency. We’ve made more than 500 ID cards for seniors across Bristol County.

Next up for the Senior ID program are stops in Fairhaven and a return trip to the Acushnet COA in a few weeks.”

Thanks to COA Director Heather Sylvia and the folks at the COA for the invitation. For more information or questions about the program, please contact Tina at tinamarielepage@bcso-ma.org or 508-995-6400 ext. 3640.
