U.S. Coast Guard Boston kicks off National Safe Boating Week at ‘Make Way for Ducklings’ sculpture

U.S. Coast Guard Sector Boston, kicked off National Safe Boating Week at the Make Way for Ducklings sculpture at Boston Commons.

Base Boston, Massachusetts State Police, Boston Police Department (Official),and Massachusetts Environmental Police put life jackets on these little as part of the Safe Boating Campaign, a global awareness effort that encourages boaters to make the most of their boating adventure by being responsible.

We kindly remind everyone to stay safe on the water as the weather heats up. Remember to hydrate, boat sober and wear a life jacket!”-U.S. Coast Guard Northeast.
