New Bedford man arrested after allegedly assaulting NBPD officer at SRTA bus terminal

“On Tuesday, May 16 at approximately 3 PM, New Bedford Police Department officers were at the SRTA bus terminal dealing with a disturbance when the suspect, Mr. JAMES FELIX, 29, of 37 Nelson St., began interfering.

At one point, FELIX allegedly squared off with one of the officers and was then taken into custody for disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, and assault on a police officer.”-City of New Bedford Police Department.
