“My sister’s mother, Irene Harrop, is 41-years old and was last seen Sunday, April 11th wearing black and white Nike shoes with a white hoodie and jeans.
She lives in the south end area of New Bedford. A missing persons report has been filed. It is not like her to ever up and disappear and she would never leave her 2 kids without any word. She was also last seen with Arthur/Artie Waite.
