BREAKING: Massachusetts State Police and Dartmouth Police investigating body found off of road

Police blocked of Russells Mill Road this morning after a body was found on the side of the road off of Horseneck Road in Dartmouth this morning.

Massachusetts State Police are also involved in the investigation but neither police force commented on the reasons or to what capacity the state police are involved.
