On Saturday, May 10th, the Black Bear Express was officially open for train rides at New Bedford’s Buttonwood Park Zoo. The new train also has a working smokestack that kids will love.
The train runs daily from 9:00am-5:00pm. Train rides are $2 per ride (1 ticket) and all proceeds from the Black Bear Express and Wildlife Carousel go to support educational programming and family events funded by the Buttonwood Park Zoological Society.
