A near perfect weekend is ahead in terms of precipitation and temperatures. Possibly a few clouds, but no precipitation is forecasted. While there will be brisk overnight temperature of 37 degrees on Friday, Saturday and Sunday lows will be between 47-55 degrees. With day time highs of from 58-68 degree on Saturday and Sunday respectively, it’s going to be t-shirt weather for sure!

The Felix Brown Band is comprised of musicians from different walks of life and different musical tastes. Music fused with rock, blues, r&b, jazz and funk was the sound of the band regardless if they played the Rolling Stones or Stevie Wonder. Volunteer for Earth Day Cleanup! (8:30am-12:00pm)
Sign up Now! Hosts AFC Urgent Care will provide breakfast. Free t-shirts to all volunteers, free reusable water bottles (while supplies last),free lunch provided by Domino’s Pizza. Oxford Book Haven & Cafe Book Sale (Fairhaven) (9:00am-1:00pm)
We have a large selection of books–most are 50 cents. We currently have a special section for our DOLLAR- A-BAG-BOOK SALE. Coffee, tea, soda and home-made coffee breads are available. Book Collection for Annual Westport Free Public Library (10:00am)

Spring Story & Craft Time at the NB Public Library (11:00am-12:00pm)

Antiques, collectibles, and history all in one place! The Center is home to over 200 dealers and consigners featuring antiques and collectibles from early Americana to Mid-Century to today’s treasures. With specialty stores within the Center which include a flower shoppe boutique, an ephemera store, the cast-iron store and vintage clothing. Beginner DLSR Course w/ Miss Z Photography (2:00pm-4:00pm)
Are you still shooting in “auto” mode? Want to get the most out of your “expensive” camera? Then this class is for you! It’s a 2 week course – Saturday April 15th from 2 PM to 4 PM and Saturday April 22 from 2 PM – 4 PM. We will cover the exposure triangle – speed, aperture (“depth of field”) and ISO. We’ll go over white balance, composition and lighting. There will also be an overview of night photography. Each student will also be invited to a private FB group where you can continue to ask questions and get support long after the class is finished.
